Water Damage Defense With Marita From Eaton, Co.

On July 31, 2010, our home in Eaton, Co. was flooded with 7.5 feet of water. The basement was our main living area, with our master bedroom, bathroom, family room, laundry room and storeroom being located on that level. EVERYTHING we had was in that area – all of our clothes, jewelry, photo albums, etc. Almost everything was lost.

I had begun to organize our storage room, placing clothing in a Space Bag. Unfortunately, I had only been able to get some of our belongings put into your wonderful product before the flood. The items I did have in a Space Bag came out completely dry and clean! The bags were floating in the water, without so much as one drop getting into the bags! I only wish now that I had stored everything in them, especially photo albums, wedding gown and children’s baby clothes.

Needless to say, I am now using Space Bag products for EVERYTHING that I will store from now on – clothing, photo albums, mementos, family bibles, etc. Your products are simply wonderful, and I have now learned a lesson and will never, ever store any items in anything but a Space Bag!
